These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website portalredwoodhub.click and your registration for chart training workshops, study circles, and private review sessions offered by Portal Redwood Hub Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," "our") in Bangkok, Thailand.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or registering for a session, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book our services.

2. Services described

We provide in-person and occasional online chart study sessions focused on sector rotation analysis for equity traders. Sessions include instruction, printed materials, and group or private review. We do not execute trades, manage funds, or provide individualized investment advice.

3. Registration and payment

Workshop seats are confirmed upon receipt of the stated deposit. Remaining balances are due as described on our pricing page. Chart circle fees are payable per session unless you purchase a prepaid block. Prices are in Thai Baht unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual property

Workbooks, handouts, and website content are owned by Portal Redwood Hub Co., Ltd. You may use printed materials for personal study. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute our materials without written permission.

5. Participant conduct

Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and peers. We may remove a participant from a session without refund for disruptive conduct, harassment, or recording without consent.

6. No guarantee of trading results

Chart training is educational. Past examples and instructor experience do not guarantee future trading outcomes. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or attendance at sessions. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid session is limited to the amount you paid for that session.

8. Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information through our contact forms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
