Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to chart training workshops, weekly study circles, and private chart reviews offered by Portal Redwood Hub Co., Ltd. in Bangkok, Thailand.

Sector Rotation Chart Workshop

Full refund

You receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you cancel at least 14 days before the workshop date, or if we cancel the session due to instructor illness or venue closure.

Partial refund

Cancellations between 7 and 13 days before the workshop receive a 50% refund of fees paid. The deposit is non-refundable within this window unless we can fill your seat from the waitlist.

No refund

Cancellations fewer than 7 days before the workshop, or no-shows on the day, are non-refundable. Workbooks printed with your name are non-refundable once production begins (typically five days before the session).

Rescheduling

You may transfer to another workshop date once at no charge if you notify us at least 7 days ahead and the target date has availability. A second transfer incurs a THB 500 administrative fee.

Weekly Chart Study Circle

Single sessions paid at the door are non-refundable once the session begins. Prepaid four-session blocks may be refunded for unused sessions if you cancel before the block starts. After the first session, remaining sessions are refundable at 50% of the per-session rate.

Private Chart Review

Cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit 50% of the session fee. No-shows are charged the full session fee because the reviewer reserved the hour and prepared notes.

Deposits

Workshop deposits of THB 1,500 are applied to the session balance. Deposits are refundable under the full-refund conditions above. Deposits are non-refundable under partial-refund and no-refund conditions unless we cancel the event.

Work already started

If you leave a workshop early for personal reasons after it has started, no partial refund is issued. If you are asked to leave for conduct reasons, no refund applies.

Materials

Printed workbooks and extra material copies are non-refundable once issued. Digital or email materials are not sold separately.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method (bank transfer or cash reversal arrangement). Bank fees charged by your institution are your responsibility.

How to request a refund

Email hello@portalredwoodhub.click with your name, session date, and reason for cancellation. Include the payment reference if available. Phone 02-413-5728 during office hours for urgent same-week matters.

Exceptions

We may waive standard fees in documented medical emergencies or government travel restrictions affecting Bangkok. Contact us with supporting documentation; decisions are made case by case.
